Meet Julie is right! Julie is a girl who does not give up. Julie has a big sister Tracy who is fifteen, and a mother Mrs. Albright who is now Ms. Albright. Her dad is a pilot. Julie had gotten used to the idea that her mother and father were divorced when she played pretend! But now it's for real - her father and mother divorced. Julie, Tracy, and mom would move across town while Julie's father would stay at their old home.
Julie's best friend Ivy didn't want to say good-bye to Julie. It was too sad.
But Julie would miss her pet rabbit, Nutmeg most of all! Julie wasn't allowed to bring Nutmeg so she had to leave her behind with her father!
When Julie gets to their new home she finds out that there is a basket ball team at her school! Julie wants to join. Her friend T.J. is already on the basket ball team! T.J. tells Julie that he will have the registration form up soon! When Julie asks the coach and he says "No!" She doesn't know what to do. Will she have to give up the idea about joining the basketball team or will she figure out something?
